For this question the most popular genre out of all people that responded was heavy/metal as the vast majority agreed with this genre, as you can see in this chart that segment is the largest. the options for jazz and classical recieved no responses.
2).How would you describe your fashion?
For this question the most popular answer was the option for edgy/punk clothing as you can see in this chart this section is the largest and stands out most among the three answered options. The options for gothic/emo and vibrant/exotic weren't answered.
3).Who are your favorite bands or artists?
The genre responses I got for this question were varied between pop, rock and dance the other genres weren't given as responses however the results I got were not presented as charts or tables, so i think the most efficient way to present them is in writing. Most of the responses were those of rock/metal bands, second popular was pop music and third most popular genre was dance music. the presentation of these results are not on a list or table, because I didn't put options for artists only a text box for them to write in.
4).How often do you read music magazines?
In the results I received for this question depicted that most people in my local area read music magazines once a month, I think this is because the issues of their favorite magazines usually come out once a month for every issue. On this chart you can see that the once a month segment is the largest.
5).How much are you willing to pay for a music magazine?
From the results I have here I can conclude that most people would be willing to pay £2.50-3 for a music magazine, this may be so because they want to ensure value and accuracy of the content they are reading. This segment is the largest showing that more people selected that option.
How old are you?
The results here were ages ranging from 16-33, there wasn't a chart or a table as I didn't put options for age only a text box for them to write their answer in, but this age group shows me that should appeal to young adults and teenagers in order to attract my target audience.
Conclusion:
This investigation has helped me to identify what genre I should make my magazine in and what else to include based on the results I have here such as the bands I should preview, what clothing the model should wear and the price of the magazine. I will include what i have found to be popular and most likely to succeed on the finished magazine.
